We’ve lived so long under the spell of hierarchy—from god-kings to feudal lords to party bosses—that only recently have we awakened to see not only that “regular” citizens have the capacity for self-governance, but that without their engagement our huge global crises cannot be addressed. The changes needed for human society simply to survive, let alone thrive, are so profound that the only way we will move toward them is if we ourselves, regular citizens, feel meaningful ownership of solutions through direct engagement. Our problems are too big, interrelated, and pervasive to yield to directives from on high.

Turkish PM Erdogan: The Speedy Transformation of an Imperial Puppet [Part 2 of 2]

Click here to access article by Sibel Edmonds from Boiling Frogs Post.

Edmonds continues in this piece to explain why Turkish Prime Minister Erdogan has gone from hero to villain in the US media as she described in her previous post. If you are familiar with US history you will soon learn that they are the same reasons as to why other foreign leaders such as dictators Manuel Noriega of Panama, Saddam Hussein of Iraq, Muammar Gaddafi of Libya, and many others were taken down: they all violated certain commandments of the Empire. Erdogan appears to be headed in this direction also. She explains this in the article.
